This past weekend Jack took on the very fun task of re-sealing our slate flooring in the family room. Isn't that one of the last things on the planet you want to spend your weekend doing? But unfortunately it's one of the many "homeownerly" things that has to be done. So, since we have "baby central" in the middle of our family room and everything had to be removed for at least 24 hours, the boys and I packed up our things and went to G & Papa D's for the weekend. Here are some pictures of our weekend-o-fun...
Luke enjoying his morning Starbucks with Aunt Claw, I mean, Aunt Erica.
The boys getting ready for an exciting breakfast - notice Luke with the dog AGAIN.
Luke reading to Papa D
Luke again (I promise Jacob was there too but Luke was obviously the camera hog) eating bananas with G.
After Jack sealed the floors on Friday night he headed out Saturday morning for College Station to watch the A&M/Kansas basketball game. This was a lot more exciting when A&M didn't stink at basketball... I do have to say a quick thank you to my newly buzz-cut husband for all his hard work on the floors - they look fabulous, honey!
