Denver!

Well, we're here! The boys, my mom and I flew to Denver last Friday to meet Jack, who was already here, and my dad, who was driving my car. I was more than a little nervous about the boys' first flight, but they were SUPER STARS!!

Luke didn't say much - just watched TV.

Jacob did a lot of TV watching too - thank goodness for those TVs on Frontier!

Jack picked us up at the airport and the boys were OUT within minutes - stressful morning! Thank goodness GeeGee was between them to hold them up.

We made it to our new house and, after a quick afternoon shower, were greeted to Colorado by this beautiful rainbow! It's actually a double rainbow - you can barely see the other one.

The movers arrived the day before with all our stuff so there were boxes everywhere when we arrived. They came back on Saturday to unpack most of our remaining boxes and take the empty boxes away - thank goodness.

So, here's what our chaos looked like after two days of unpacking...

Playroom

Dining

Kitchen...GeeGee gets all the credit for getting this room organized!

Den

Boys' Room - yes, they're still in their converted cribs. There are bunk beds in their future, but we wanted them to get settled in the new place first.

Master Bedroom

Bunnies! There is a family of bunnies living under our deck. Apparently they're a real problem around here, but we think they're adorable! The boys have been trying to catch them and feed them carrots (which has led them to eating carrots, so win-win).

Reading their new Lightening McQueen & Batman hidden picture books from Bunny!

Luke has taken up gymnastics in our closet...

We checked out a few fun things this week with the boys - the Denver Zoo (thanks to my Komen friends for the membership!) with our friends Alicia and Ainsley and the Littleton Museum. We are excited to head up to Breckenridge this week to visit friends and hopefully checkout the Alpine Coaster!

After having her here with us this first week, we were sad to say goodbye to GeeGee this morning. Thank you GeeGee for all your help! The boys especially love their new bears from Build-A-Bear!

You know D and Grandaddy approve of this camo bear Luke picked out!
